Located along the key junction highways in 6th October City, an illuminating structure in the near distance appears afloat amid the vast aridness engulfing the land behind it. The Sales Centre is designed as an exclusive public gateway to a future city that will grow in the horizon behind the centre, slowly but surely towards its epic and ultimate reality.

Even though simple in its geometry, the concept of the building creates an explorative multi-layered experience on the exterior approach and interior walk-through experience. The building’s dominant presence in the landscape is balanced by a two layered façade with the outer light translucent skin opening to an array of green landscaped spaces breaking in and out of the structure. The semi-transparent and fully transparent layers of the facades create a warm, comfortable and exciting experience for customers and staff alike, transforming and creating a new perception of our spatial experience with a positive future in mind.



The play of natural and indirect light is at the heart of the design and creates beautiful spaces to explore while improving the building performance of the building, while completely powered by solar energy. This transformative experience enhances customers’ excitement of investing in a future home in this future development.   







High-Performance Environmental Strategies

- Second skin: Reduces heat-gain by blocking a portion of direct sunlight, reduces glare whilst creating intimate and user-friendly outdoor space

- Secondary roof structure and Solar Integration: Reduces heat-gain by blocking a portion of direct sunlight, allowing for comfortable skylight openings with diffused day-light, and creating a rigid base to house solar panels, which in turn act as an aesthetically-pleasing shading element

- Breezy courtyards: enhance natural cross ventilation throughout the building, providing healthier indoor air quality, breaking direct sunlight, and creating an intimate co-working and socializing spaces for both staff and guests

- Green belt: a belt of indigenous vegetation is placed around the perimeter of the development, enhancing air quality and the overall experience is enhanced with sustained vegetation from every spaces.
